2025 ASNA Summer Conference-Together We Rise

The ASNA Summer Conference 2025 is scheduled for June 10th & June 11th at the Conway Expo and Event Center. 

 Important Points to remember when registering for the conference:

• Registration opens March 18, 2025, with an in-person member fee of $150.00 (plus $5 website fee), in person non-member fee of $200.00 (plus $5 website fee), and retired in person member fee of $75.00 (plus $5 website fee)
• When paying by check, before you click "Complete Order", please PRINT THIS PAGE as your invoice. Then please mail check directly to ASNA, PO Box 424, Benton, AR, 72018 and include your order number in the memo. If multiple nurses are included on one school check, please provide all attendee's order numbers. 
• If you need an invoice, please provide written request to: Arksnaemail@gmail.com. Include all names of the attendees needed on the invoice and member/nonmember/retired. 
•  All Registrations will be through the ASNA website!
• All payments must be received no later than June 1, 2025. Please note this information on your requisitions.
• Refunds, less a $25 processing fee, will be available by written request only. Requests must reach the ASNA Treasurer at: Arksnaemail@gmail.com prior to June 1, 2025.
• Contact hours - In order to receive the certificate, you must attend both conference days, sign in on both days, and complete the conference evaluation.

• Please register where appropriate. IF you are needing electrical outlets, or additional tables you must indicate on the specific registration ticket and submit payment. 
•  All Registrations will be through the ASNA website!

• Bring your license number for registration
• Silent auction baskets
• Credit/debit cards may be used for your purchases
• Bring cash for 50/50!
• Masks and social distancing at your own discretion
