2022 ASNA Summer Conference-Vision This... All Students Healthy!

The ASNA Summer Conference 2022 is scheduled for June 7th & 8th, 2022 at the Conway Expo and Event Center. 

 Important Points to remember when registering for the conference:

• Registration opens March 30, 2022 with a member fee of $110.00, non-member fee of $180.00, and retired member fee of $60.00. Please use the WHOVA App to register if paying by card. (You will need to download the WHOVA app on your phone, computer or mobile device. The Event Code is: zek0j5dk51   Credit card payment is preferred.
• If you need to make a payment by check, please use the ASNA WEBSITE to register as we have done in the past. Then you can mail the check directly to ASNA, PO Box 424, Benton, AR, 72018. If multiple nurses are included on one school check, please provide all attendee's names. 
• All payments must be received no later than June 1, 2022. Please note this information on your requisitions.
• Refunds, less a $25 processing fee, will be available by written request only. Requests must reach the ASNA Treasurer at: valerie.beshears@gmail.com prior to June 1, 2022.
• Contact hours - In order to receive the certificate you must attend both conference days and complete the conference evaluation.  Sign in is required at the registration table both conference days. This can be done electronically as well using your own device. 

Important Information regarding the conference:

• ASNA/NASN ID number required for member registration
• Bring your license number for registration
• There will be a new t-shirt design for sale
• Silent auction baskets
• Credit/debit cards may be used for your purchases
• Bring cash for 50/50!
•  Live stream option offered again this year
• Masks and social distancing as your own discretion

Lodging -2 Options Available

 The Home 2 Suites by Hilton of Conway has a block of rooms reserved for the conference attendees. This includes a complimentary hot breakfast to the registered guest of the hotel. Hotel registration must be made by May 7, 2022 in order to receive the discounted rate. Call 501-504-2602 to make your reservations. Be sure to mention that you are with the Arkansas School Nurses Association Conference to receive the discounted rate of $129.00 + tax (includes breakfast for 2)
