Year of the Nurse 2021 - VENDOR REGISTRATION

The Arkansas School Nurses Association (ASNA) will be hosting the 2021 Arkansas School Nurse Conference June 28 & 29, 2021 at the Conway Expo and Event Center, Conway, Arkansas. The conference agenda is currently being finalized, but we will send a copy of the conference agenda to you as soon as possible. We invite you to consider being an exhibitor during our conference, and hope you will save the date to attend! Exhibitors are encouraged to set-up on the afternoon of June 27, between the hours of 4pm-6pm or the morning of June 28.  We have a separate area where nurses can visit your booths during our first break on June 28, afternoon break, during lunchtime, and after the end of our first conference day.  We would appreciate your booth being open until 6pm on Day 1 of our conference. Vendors can plan to leave after lunch on Day 2.  Our attendance is projected to be about 300 school nurses from all over the State of Arkansas, and possibly neighboring states. ASNA is a tax-exempt organization and documentation will be provided at your request.  ASNA appreciates any door prize your business is willing to donate.
